After graduating from Stanford University, I began collaborating with corporations, teams and individuals to create strategies for successful outcomes of their desired goals. For 11 years I worked with an international educational foundation with 400 centers in 52 countries. From our grass roots beginnings with a core team of founders, I rose to the position of chief operating officer and served on both the domestic and international boards of directors.
After taking off for several years to pursue my personal interests, I came back to the business world as a senior consultant to MasterCard, Oracle, Sun Microsystems and Providian. As an executive consultant I’ve helped clients keep on track with their professional and personal ambitions. I was privileged to help my clients make the most of their unique gifts enriching both their business and personal lives.
It is the desire to educate and illuminate that has always motivated me. When my old friend Richard Redmond asked me to join him at SFMortgage to build an organization based on the core principles that have always been at the center of my life, I gladly accepted.
