If your clients are working with us you can be certain that timelines will be met, and the communications you receive will be frequent and clear. Normally, clients are pre-approved the same day that they call. We will contact you when the appraisal is ordered and received, when the loan is approved, and the loan documents have been ordered. We always go to the title company for the signing, and whenever possible we go over the closing statement and note with the borrower beforehand so that there are no last minute surprises. We return all calls the same day we receive them, and in as timely a manner as possible. We also welcome your questions about any of the lending aspects of any of your transactions, whether or not we are involved.
One reason we are in this business is that we really enjoy helping people get into the right mortgage, and we know that you and your clients will appreciate that.
